The Lock Punch
The Universal LP160 Series machines will punch holes in a wide variety of Security Door Frames.
This enables the fitting of Mortise Locks, Triple Locks and/or Roller Door Cartridges.
Every effort has been taken to ensure the operation is safe, easy to use and as productive as possible.
Note: The LP160 fully complies with AS/NZS 4024.1: 2014 Series.

The Lock Punch High Volume Version
The Universal LP160HV3 Series is a Lock Punch Hi Volume.
Three times the quantity. i.e. three holes in one hit, then two more punching operations to do the faceplate holes. No marking required and you can vary the position of the triple lock punches and where the centre of the main punch goes.

Hinge Drill Machine
This machine uses the principles of machine automation coupled with ease of use to provide a safe and highly productive method for drilling the required holes. Place the extrusion in the machine against each end stop and press the foot pedal to produce each set of three holes.
Corner Crimper
The Universal Corner Crimper is designed to provide an easy and safe solution to enable the corners of window frames to be crimped together prior to the fitting of the mesh. The result is a neat clean joint without distortion.

The Universal Hole punch is designed to provide an easy and safe solution to enable the screw holes to be accurately punched in each frame end in about 1 second. Result – a neat clean joint without distortion.
