SILENCERS / BREATHER VENTS / EXHAUST MUFFLERS

Series 2931 & 2941

Pneumatic Exhaust Mufflers
Series 2931

Exhaust mufflers : series 2931

Quiet flow muffler/filters utilise porous sintered bronze directly bonded to brass pipe threads to diffuse air and muffle noise from exhaust ports on valves, cylinders and air tools. These units offer a combination of small size with the greatest possible sound deadening qualities to reduce exhaust noise to acceptable levels within OHS (occupational health & safety) noise requirements. See performance chart for flow information and sound characteristics.

Material: Brass / Sintered Bronze
Maximum operating pressure: 20 bar
Operating temperatures: 0-120° C

Breather Vents / Silencers
Series 2941

Pneumatic silencers series 2941 : breather vents

These breather vents (also called silencers) have many applications, including vacuum relief or pressure equalisation on gear boxes, oil tanks and reservoirs. Common uses can be found on single acting cylinders or valves to prevent dirt and foreign material from entering ports open to atmosphere. See performance charts below for flow characteristics.

Material: Brass / Sintered Bronze
Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar
Operating temperatures: 2-120° C
